These Terms govern your use of the services provided by Speakpace (“we”, “us”). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms, and you may not interfere with the normal operation of the service.
You retain rights to content you upload or input (“Content”). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, transform, and transmit Content as necessary to provide, operate, and secure the service. You represent that your Content does not infringe third-party rights.
The service, software, logos, and UI are our or our licensors’ intellectual property. Do not reproduce, distribute, or modify without permission.
The service may include third-party content, ads, libraries (CDN, analytics, ad networks). Their terms and policies apply to their components.
We may modify or suspend the service for operational or technical reasons. If there are paid features, we will provide notices and remedies required by law.
We are not liable for damages due to force majeure, third-party service outages, or your breach. We do not warrant the accuracy or suitability of processing results, and you agree to maintain backups of important data.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or terminate use after notice if you violate these Terms or cause harm to the service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of [court, e.g., Seoul Central District Court].
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced at least 7 days in advance (30 days if unfavorable to users). Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
